Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents and preparation of transaction bibles.

  • Prepare drafts of legal documents and correspondence.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain case files for ongoing matters.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking / Finance / Private Equity / legal industry.

  • Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills; proficiency in file management and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
