We’re Looking for a New Team Member – Tax Specialist

What can you expect?

• Varied work – one day you’ll be handling the sale of a shopping center, the next day the entry of a foreign company into the Czech market, and maybe even the transfer of IP rights
• No routine – our tax team operates without strict sectoral divisions, allowing you to gain broad exposure across a wide range of tax matters and industries
• Collaboration with lawyers – you’ll contribute to projects where legal and tax expertise intersect in meaningful and impactful ways
• Clients? Mainly international companies and interesting transactions

Who are we looking for?

• You have a university degree in economics or law and at least some understanding of VAT
• You enjoy diverse work and want to learn about other tax areas
• You’re comfortable with Excel and confident in both spoken and written English
• You know how to do research and aren’t afraid to dive into details
• Tax advisor exams? Great, but not a requirement

What will you do?

• Provide practical tax advice
• Prepare VAT returns, registrations, and memoranda
• Review contracts from a tax perspective – to make sure everything aligns
• Collaborate with litigation colleagues on tax disputes
