Our Brussels and Antwerp offices are looking for motivated Junior Associates to join us from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your legal career at a global firm, known for its collaborative culture, international reach, and commitment to training and development.
As a Junior Associate you'll work closely with experienced lawyers from day one, gaining hands-on experience from the start. You'll also take part in a structured development programme with dedicated support to help you build legal, professional and commercial skills.

Day-to-day responsibilities
As a Junior Associate, you'll be involved in a variety of workstreams and client matters depending on your practice group. Your responsibilities may include:
- Drafting and Reviewing: Helping to prepare contracts, client advice, procedural documents and due diligence reports.
- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on points of Belgian, European or international law.
- Client Support: Assisting with preparation for pitches, proposals or client meetings and seminars.
- Cross-boarder Coordination: Working with colleagues across the globe on international matters.
You'll have responsibility, but always with support - whether through formal evaluations, check-ins or mentorship.
What we're looking for
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A Master of Law from a Belgian University (by September 2026)
- A strong academic record
- A genuine interest in one or more of our practice areas:
- Corporate
- Banking & Finance
- Employment
- Real Estate
- EU Competition Law
- Tax
- Intellectual Property & Technology
- Dispute Resolution
- Relevant internships and/or extra curricular activities
- Excellent command of English, with good business knowledge of Dutch and/or French
