Description & Requirements

Associate Attorney, NY, NY: Collaborate across borders & legal areas on NY law-governed cross-border & domestic transactions. Assist with the preparation, negotiation, & execution of NY law-governed domestic & cross-border transactions for a global client base. Work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions including cross-border project finance & M&A. Must have JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent & 5 yrs of exp. w/each of the following: (i) managing projects & financing transactions encompassing jurisdictions w/civil & common law; (ii) advising on major project finance & M&A energy & infrastructure cross-border transactions in the US & Latin America; & (iii) representing utilities & energy companies, infrastructure companies, & financial institutions and borrowers. Exp. may be gained concurrently.

Pay Transparency


  • This position is bonus eligible and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked. 
  • The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $390,000 to $420,000 (annually) if located in an office in the state of New York. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
