The BPPS Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the Business Professional Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Manager/s – Business Professionals and Regional Directors of Recruitment to deliver a first-class recruitment experience to all Business Professional candidates and Hiring Managers across in-market offices and centers. The role will support the execution of full life-cycle recruitment processes (internal and external) to fill role vacancies and contribute to direct sourcing strategies to attract and hire qualified talent across the Firm.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Professional Recruitment Lead and Recruitment Manager/s – Business Professionals to efficiently deliver and support all Business Professional recruitment related activities, with a focus on attracting and hiring qualified talent across all offices and centers
- With oversight and support from Recruitment Managers, support vacancies across all Business Professional functions globally, to include but not limited to sourcing, effectively managing applications, candidate screening and shortlisting, pre-interviewing as required, market scanning/intelligence, offer administration (working alongside in-market Recruitment and Talent colleagues), due diligence, and pre-onboarding activities
- Work across boundaries (geography, industry and level), work autonomously and collaborate with peers around the world to explore talent networks, develop creative sourcing solutions to attract and hire talent and participate in meaningful projects to evolve the sourcing function
- Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates, while reducing dependency on agencies
- Under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager/s, execute and support, as required, on agreed vacancies to ensure continued effective management of volumes, with a focus on outstanding client and candidate experience
- Partner with and ensure effective collaboration and communication with in-market and center functional teams and administrators to drive best-in-class recruitment and functional cohesiveness
- Ensure roles and vacancies are updated across multiple internal and external channels and systems (including but not limited to posting on and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), online advertising and sourcing channels, careers)
- Working with Recruitment Manager/s and hiring managers to agree hiring processes and interview panel/s, in line with best practices. Ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner and hiring managers are regularly updated on vacancy status; leverage AI scheduling capabilities to increase efficiency
- Collect, track and maintain movement of applications in existing Avature ATS
- Adhere to all workforce planning and hiring approvals / budgeting processes
- Maintain a consistent high-quality pipeline of passive and interested inclusive talent
- Support Recruitment Manager/s to deliver timely and accurate reporting of all related recruitment activities to Recruitment Directors and other stakeholders and use data to drive recruitment performance and track hires
- Where vendors are used, adhere to preferred supplier strategy to ensure optimal vendor performance and appropriate pricing
- Ensure that all recruitment processes support the Firm's brand and that the Firm provides a world-class candidate experience throughout the selection process
Skills and experience:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience supporting recruiting processes and delivering operational excellence in a complex global organization
- Experience supporting international recruitment experience as part of a wider recruiting function
- Strong understanding of various recruitment principles, particularly in candidate management and sourcing
- Extensive experience in supporting professional and business services recruitment (e.g. Finance, Operations, Human Resources, IT, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, and other support functions)
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing methodologies and talent pipeline development
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Strong collaborative working style with the ability to operate effectively in a global team
- Able to work at pace, problem solve, and deliver solutions against tight timelines
- Strong communication skills with both team members and senior stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate good judgement and empathy to sensitive situations
- Experience working in a Professional Services organization would be highly desirable
