Inclusive Recruitment at Baker McKenzie Poland

As part of the Careers and Internship Fair, we are opening applications for a paid, one‑month internship - open to law students from the very first year of studies.

What is Inclusive Recruitment?

In our recruitment process, we focus on:

     not on which year of law school you are currently in.

What does the recruitment process look like?

  1. You will solve a short case study and speak with us in English,
  2. Selected candidates will be invited to a meeting with representatives of our teams,
  3. After the meeting, we will share individual feedback, and the best candidates will be offered cooperation.
