Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support to lawyers and assisting with the coordination of ongoing matters
- Managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Handling correspondence and communicating with clients, courts, and public institutions
- Preparing, formatting, and archiving documents
- Compiling and filing court and administrative submissions
- Maintaining and organizing case files and records
- Preparing reports, summaries, and other materials required by the firm
- Ensuring the efficient flow of information and documentation within the team
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to use it confidently in day-to-day work
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively prioritize tasks
- A collaborative approach and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of professionalism
