Descripción y requisitos

The Analyst, People Systems will provide support in the delivery of People Systems function and be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Human Resource information systems of the Firm.


Main responsibilities: 


  • Design all custom ad hoc reports, resolve all queries, ensure accuracy, prepare all business documents, provide upgrades if required and monitor HRIS systems, and maintain the integrity of all data
  • Design and maintain all codes and tables, and prepare reports for all HR systems and applications, and analyze systems to resolve all issues and escalate all customer issues to management to provide efficient resolution
  • Prepare all high-quality documents for all system configurations and processes, prepare required course materials for all employees, and analyze customer requirements to prepare required dashboards and metrics
  • Monitor all designs and perform tests on all software integrations and troubleshoot all technical processes, prepare the required database, and provide support to all HRIS reports
  • Execute all internal processes, perform audits, ensure the integrity of all systems, and collaborate with functional users to develop all business processes for various human resources systems and provide support to all associate activities
  • Analyze all human resource data, recommend appropriate solutions to all production issues, analyze all data according to IT specifications, and participate in all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design with functional design
  • Manage and provide responses to all HRIS issues and ensure compliance with the timeframe, provide efficient feedback to all system enhancements, and provide training for all annual system processes
  • Keep data secure, as much of the system information is confidential
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with peers in HR at Corporate and in all Businesses, especially the BPOs (Business Process Owners)
  • Assist Local Talent Management staff in identifying and resolving problems by providing analysis and troubleshooting of configuration or data issues
  • Accountable for the successful completion of assigned HRIS project tasks and ongoing responsibilities. Measurable factors include adherence to set timelines, achievement of work activities, and successfully identifying system and data issues, and client/user satisfaction
  • Ensure the availability of accurate and timely HRIS information from SAP by developing and deploying user communications, data audit reports, data correction procedures, and standard reports from all platforms and tools
  • Keep People Systems leadership informed as to the status of all ongoing responsibilities and project functions
  • Maintain a proactive customer focus. Quickly develop proficiency using HR’s systems and leverage this proficiency to guide users on best practices
  • Demonstrate the ongoing ability and willingness to track down answers to users’ questions and foster their understanding of systems and tools to make them more efficient and effective in their roles
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Skills and experience: 


  • A bachelor's degree in HR or Information Management with some relevant experience in HRIS/IS, or equivalent experience
  • Strong math/analytical aptitude and strong skills in data mining, manipulation, and analysis
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel (with extensive experience in and knowledge of formulas and functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts)
  • Able to work independently as well as work in a collaborative team environment and take direction from senior departmental staff
  • Able to troubleshoot technical problems and make recommendations on appropriate solutions
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and shift priorities
  • Able to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator, good written and oral communication
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to deal courteously/effectively with others
  • Flexible to adjust working hours to meet operational needs
