Training

  • Identify the PG’s training needs and take a proactive role in addressing them by supporting the planning, delivery, and promotion of training initiatives
  • Ensure training is delivered effectively by leveraging the Firm’s resources, technology, and processes, either by producing high-quality training materials and courses directly or by coordinating with team lawyers to develop and deliver them

Client-facing Knowledge and Business Development

  • Oversee the development of high-quality legal content for client-facing initiatives (i.e, client alerts, client training, and other legal contents), working closely with BD Managers and lawyers
  • Identify key PG priorities and emerging topics, and lead the development of content such as client alerts, thought leadership reports, and key talking points, ensuring alignment with client needs and PG focus area.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the PG’s Industry Key Clients, with support from the BM to ensure content is relevant and commercially focused
  • Support the planning and delivery of regional (and, where appropriate, global) tax client conferences by working closely with PGL, BD Managers and lawyers to develop the agenda and legal content, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused programme
