The Senior Specialist, People Analytics will provide functional expertise in building, leading, and scaling the global People Reporting and Analytics capability, with a particular focus on AI solutioning, deployment, and adoption across reporting, dashboarding, and analytics workflows.
The role-holder will partner with People, Functional, and Technology leaders to translate business priorities into scalable, governed, and insight-driven solutions. The individual will lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics use cases; and strengthens data, process, and operating model foundations to improve decision-making, stakeholder experience, and operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the solutioning, design, and deployment of scalable People reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards, self-service reporting, automated insight delivery, and AI-enabled use cases across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with Talent Management, Recruitment, Careers and Performance, Leadership and Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and other stakeholders to define priority business problems, shape solution roadmaps, and translate requirements into practical reporting, analytics, and AI deployment plans
- Act as a subject matter expert in People Reporting & Analytics, providing leadership on reporting architecture, data storytelling, analytical approaches, solution feasibility, and deployment readiness
- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI initiatives from discovery, requirements gathering, and prototyping through build, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Design, develop, and enhance governed metrics, dashboards, data products, and reporting frameworks using relevant platforms and tools to improve scalability, consistency, and stakeholder self-service
- Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI, automation, and advanced analytics can improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, user experience, and decision support, and lead implementation in partnership with technology teams
- Collaborate closely with People Systems, Data Architects, Engineers, and technology partners to enable robust data pipelines, scalable reporting architecture, secure access models, and production-ready AI-enabled analytics solutions
- Drive stakeholder adoption of new reporting and AI-enabled solutions by delivering clear communications, training, user enablement, and change support that build confidence in data and digital ways of working
- Establish and maintain appropriate governance, documentation, metric definitions, testing approaches, and responsible AI practices to ensure quality, trust, compliance, and sustainability of analytics solutions
- Support the ongoing transformation of the People Reporting and Analytics capability by contributing to operating model design, process harmonization, capability building, and strategic roadmap execution
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate manager from time to time
AI / transformation focus:
- Lead AI solutioning within People Reporting and Analytics by identifying high-value use cases, shaping business cases, and defining practical deployment approaches aligned to stakeholder needs and technology strategy
- Drive deployment of AI-enabled reporting and analytics solutions, including prototyping, user testing, implementation planning, rollout support, and measurement of adoption and business value
- Embed AI and automation into reporting and analytics workflows to reduce manual effort, improve speed to insight, and enhance how users consume and act on data
- Partner with People, Systems, Data, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions are supported by strong data quality, governance, security, and scalable delivery models
- Promote responsible and sustainable AI adoption through clear guardrails, transparency, documentation, stakeholder education, and appropriate human oversight and judgement
