Dispute Resolution Group - Legal Secretary / 정규직 (수습기간: 3개월, 수습기간 평가 및 회사 재량에 따라 기간은 변동, 조정 가능)

채용 목적

담당 팀 변호사 및 기타 전문가들을 위한 원활한 비서 업무 지원

담당업무

  • 지정된 변호사 및 다른 전문가들이 필요로 하는 업무관련 지원 및 도움 제공
  • 문서 작성 및 filing/typing/formatting
  • 신규 (고객) 수임 건 개설  및 matter 관련 관리 업무
  • 국제중재, 해외 소송 및 외국 법인이 관련된 국내 소송을 포함한 분쟁 해결 사건 및 관련 절차에 대한 지원 
  • 이메일 및 전화 응대 업무
  • 일정(회의 및 기타 조율 사항 포함) 관리업무
  • 필요한 경우 출장 관리업무
  • 비용청구 관련 업무
  • 재무팀과 협력하여 청구서 작성을 위한 필요한 정보 업데이트 및 수정 업무
  • Time recording 업무 지원
  • 기타 행정 업무

필수사항

4년제 대학 졸업자, 영어 회화/독해 능력 (상), 컴퓨터 활용능력 (한글/MS Office 등) (상)

우대사항

로펌 비서 또는 Professional Firm에서 1~3년의 경력 우대
