Baker McKenzie seeks a current Tax 2027 LLM student for a part-time (15-20 hours per week, 9-12 months) law clerk position in their Tax Planning and Transactions practice. Candidates must have strong analytical and writing skills, exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills and the ability to function smoothly in a global-team environment with culturally diverse team members. Applicants must be planning to sit for and become admitted to the applicable state Bar. Please include a resume, JD transcripts, and a writing sample with your application.

Pay Transparency 

  • The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $115 hourly if located in an office in the state of California, Illinois, Florida, New York, and Washington, DC. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
