Job Description

The HR Analyst provides operational, administrative, and coordination support across a wide range of People activities within the Buenos Aires Center. The role supports employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, payroll activities, employee engagement initiatives, reporting, and vendor coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding activities, including employee setup, benefits enrollment, and personnel file administration.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, documentation, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure the accuracy of employee data.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for general HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Support the administration and tracking of employee benefit programs.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including collection, organization, validation, and submission of payroll-related information.
  • Maintain HR records and payroll documentation while supporting routine reporting activities.
  • Prepare employee data reports and support workforce reporting requirements.
  • Assist with vendor administration, purchase orders, invoices, and coordination between People, Finance, and external providers.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, events, and People programs.
  • Maintain HR trackers, operational calendars, and process documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support ad hoc projects across the People function.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.


Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship, administrative, or HR support experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and an interest in leveraging technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, take ownership, and support a broad range of HR activities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
