职位描述与要求

The HR Specialist will support all people-related agenda, with focus on organization development, culture, communication and capability building. The role-holder will also support the full spectrum of HR practices and the design and implementation of HR policies, processes and programs in order to address employee needs.


The individual will be responsible for the review and implementation of locally-applicable people processes and policies, creation of people-related communication, and serve as a first point of contact for general people related concerns. The role-holder will partner with the HR Business Partners, In-market Teams and People COEs to ensure smooth service delivery and implementation of HR initiatives; as well as remain informed of global HR initiatives and ensure local policies, processes, and programs are aligned and effectively implemented.


Main responsibilities:


  • Ensure relevant information in the HRBP database are updated
  • Maintain HRBP reports and request of relevant reports
  • Analyze and derive people insights from people data (i.e. demographic, culture, engagement, capability, etc.); present relevant reports and stories based on analysis
  • Collaborate with People COEs and In-market Teams to ensure that activities are aligned with current processes and policies
  • Develop and manage people-related communication, based on local programs, directions and initiatives
  • Create new and manage existing and manage Center culture and capability programs, including periodic reviews for relevance
  • Provide guidance on engagement initiatives and implement global D&I policies and programs
  • Design engagement and D&I initiatives and programs
  • Document, consolidate and prepare post-session reports for Center planning sessions and activities Collaborate with People teams within and across centers on related People services and projects
  • Review and manage contracts/vendor agreements
  • Rollout new policies, processes, programs and guidelines based on overall People strategies and employee needs
  • Provide expert guidance to employees and teams on the implementation of local HR policies, processes and programs
  • Liaise employee benefits with appropriate internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure that all employee movements are documented including structure changes, role changes, reporting lines and other related information; use this information to come up with recommendations for organization development initiatives
  • Ensure the implementation of performance and compensation activities in line with global timelines
  • Oversee the implementation of Center development initiatives, aligned with Center and Firm strategy; liaise with partner vendors
  • Design and facilitate learning sessions related to internal processes and requirements
  • Provide support in implementing organizational development undertakings of the BU and the Center
  • Provide expert guidance and implement organizational development activities and participate in Center OD projects


Skills and experience:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, business or any other related field
  • Experience working as an HR Generalist is preferred
  • Experience in training and organization development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate compellingly and with clarity when talking to the team, stakeholders, leaders and business functions to facilitate smooth and effective dialogues
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Facilitative and service-oriented approach
  • Highly proficient in the use of basic office applications; experience in the use of AI is preferred
  • Strong experience in general HR administration and program/project implementation
