职位描述与要求

An exciting 24- month fixed term contract in a highly diverse role in Recruiting and Employer Branding, covering analytical, conceptual, and administrative aspects. 

  • Acting as an HR Business Partner for all recruiting-related topics
  • Managing the applicant tracking process
  • Supporting our junior lawyers throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Planning, developing, and executing recruiting and university marketing initiatives, such as workshops, events, legal tech events, and career fairs
  • Developing new and creative strategies in recruiting and employer branding, as well as supporting projects aimed at optimizing recruiting processes


Technical Skills, qualifications and experience


  •  A completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in HR, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Empathy, trustworthiness, and a high level of discretion
  • Strong team spirit, reliability, flexibility, and commitment
  • Analytical skills, along with an independent and proactive way of working
  • A friendly, service-oriented attitude and a hands-on mindset
  • Creativity, ambition, and the motivation to contribute your own ideas, get involved in international projects early on, and engage with innovative HR concepts
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
