职位描述与要求

Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is currently looking for a Trademark Administrator to assist the timekeepers within the practice group.


Main Tasks:

  • Manage trademark publications, registration certificates, and renewal processes, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and updated
  • Maintain and monitor trademark files and databases (e.g., GIPM, iManage, Symphony), including tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups on publications and registrations.
  • Handle trademark file opening and closing procedures in accordance with internal protocols and systems.
  • Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Ability to adapt and use new systems, including document management, IP management and AI systems


Prerequisites

  • GCE 'O' Levels with credit in English/ Diploma in law and/or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of IPOS and procedures would be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Contributes to the effective functioning of the team.
