Beschreibung & Anforderungen

The Legal Secretary will support our legal teams with high quality document production and efficient matter related administrative support. This role suits a detail oriented individual with excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, strong formatting abilities, and familiarity with legal documents and workflows.


This opportunity is exclusively open for Saudi Nationals. 


Main responsibilities:


Document Management & Production (Primary Focus)

  • Create, format, and proofread legal documents including agreements, correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal forms
  • Produce complex Word documents with styles, cross references, definitions, automatic tables, track changes, and comparison tools
  • Prepare visually polished PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and client facing materials
  • Manage document revisions, version control, file naming conventions, and consistency across multiple working drafts
  • Maintain digital filing and matter related document repositories
  • Convert, merge, and edit PDF documents as required
  • Ensure all documents adhere to firm standards and housekeeping rules
  • Support lawyers with document based tasks such as blacklining, formatting corrections, and finalizing execution versions


Legal Support & Administration

  • Calendar coordination (e.g., scheduling internal team calls or document related check ins)
  • Interact with Accounting to process monthly bills
  • Respond to regularly occurring requests for information
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Share information and expertise readily with staff members at all levels


Skills and experience:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a secretarial degree is preferred
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
  • Some experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred
  • Familiar with Saudi government portals such as Etimad, SBC, etc., is a strong plus
  • Familiar with legal terminology, typical legal document structures, and confidentiality requirements
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word (advanced formatting, styles, section breaks, headers/footers, numbering)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, especially layout, formatting, and graphic consistency
  • Basic Excel skills (not essential but helpful)
  • Knowledge of marketing resources and relevant materials
  • Knowledge of law firm office systems (Intapp Time, Intapp Open, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing document deadlines
  • Proactive, organized, and able to learn quickly
  • Positive, team oriented approach with willingness to take ownership of tasks


Salary Range:  USD 55,000 - USD 80,000, depending on experience


Reports to:  Secretarial Management Supervisor
