Baker McKenzie Poland invites applications for the Summer Internship Program 2026.
The program is designed for motivated students and graduates who want to gain practical experience in an international law firm and develop their legal skills in a professional, collaborative environment.
Who we are looking for
This opportunity is addressed to:
- 4th and 5th year law students and graduates of law faculties
- Students and graduates of economics faculties (for the Tax Law team)
We are looking for candidates who:
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Have a solid foundation in core areas of law
- Are comfortable working in English
Internship format
- On‑site model
- Location: Warsaw and Łódź offices
Please note: internships in the Łódź office are offered exclusively within the Dispute Resolution (Litigation) practice area. - Duration: 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension in individual cases

As part of the application form, you will be asked to indicate the practice area(s) you are interested in, based on your interests, knowledge and previous experience. You may select more than one team – your application will then be considered for all selected practice areas.

The Law Firm will be the administrator of your personal data contained in the recruitment application. The provision of information such as: (i) your name; (ii) contact details; (iii) educational background; (iv) previous employment history, is voluntary, however, the consequence of failing to provide such information will be that we will not be able to consider you for the selected job position.
The Firm processes your personal data for the purpose of recruiting employees, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) or (b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 in conjunction with Article 22(1) of the Labour Code.
By sending us your recruitment application, you agree that the Law Firm may process the personal data contained in the application to the extent provided for in the Labour Code. In the case of other data to the extent indicated by you (e.g. interests, image), please include a statement with the following content: "I agree to the processing by Baker McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy Sp. k. with its registered office at 69 Chmielna Street, 00-801 Warsaw, of the personal data contained in my recruitment application beyond the scope provided for by the Labour Code and additionally contained in the documents sent by me. I am aware that I may withdraw my consent at any time and that withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing performed before its withdrawal ".
If you do not want the Law Firm to process additional data about you (e.g. interests, image), please do not include them in your CV and other recruitment documents (e.g. cover letter). Your data will be kept until the end of the recruitment process for the selected position, and when you agree to participate in future recruitment for a period of no longer than 12 months from the date of giving your consent.
If you wish to participate in future recruitments conducted by the Firm, please include in your CV or cover letter a statement of your consent to the processing of your personal data for use in future recruitments conducted by the Firm over the next 12 months, e.g.: "I consent to Baker McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy Sp. k. with its registered office at 69 Chmielna Street, 00-801 Warsaw, processing the personal data contained in my recruitment application for the purposes of future recruitment for a period of 12 months from the date of consent. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time and that withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing performed before its withdrawal ".
You have the right of access to the content of your data and, if there are circumstances provided by law, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to request data portability. If your data will be processed on the basis of consent, you also have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us at: recruitment.warsaw@bakermckenzie.com, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have carried out on the basis of consent before revocation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding the Law Firm's processing of your Personal Data.
