The Budapest Banking & Finance Team is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer to join our dynamic, highly ranked practice. You will work closely with experienced colleagues on complex domestic and cross‑border financing matters while developing your professional skills in a supportive, international environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
* Support senior lawyers on complex financing transactions
 * Assist in drafting and negotiating financing documentation
 * Conduct legal research and prepare high‑quality memos, client notes, and transaction reports.
 * Participate in due diligence processes
 * Assist in regulatory matters
 * Support with client communication, meeting preparation, and matter management.
 * Ensure accurate drafting, version control, and transaction administration throughout deal execution.
 
Requirements
 
Professional Qualifications
 
* Hungarian law degree with strong academic results.
 * Up to 1.5 years of relevant experience in banking & finance, corporate/M&A, capital markets, or transactional practice (fresh graduates are welcome).

* Strong interest in banking, finance, and transactional work.
 * Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong research and analytical abilities.

* Fluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
