Main responsibilities

• Conduct research on Vietnamese and international laws, legal precedents, case law and other relevant information
• Assist lawyers in preparing articles/alerts, legal advice and reports 
• Assist lawyers to prepare for hearings/meetings conducted by the courts, arbitral tribunals and any other relevant competent authorities.
• Legal translation
• Assist lawyers with administrative work.
• Attend Dispute Resolution trainings.

Requirements

General

• Final-year law students or fresh graduates with a Law degree and high academic achievement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas
• Highly motivated, quick learner with close attention to details
• Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to handle pressure and sensitive matters; ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution- oriented approach
• Thorough competency with relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new applications.

Technical

• Legal research & search skills
• Knowledge of or experience with dispute resolution is a plus
