The role also includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial agreements.

Many assignments are international, giving you the chance to collaborate with colleagues in other countries daily. We offer a workplace where you can develop, take responsibility, and contribute your expertise—while receiving support from experienced colleagues and building a long-term career. To thrive with us, you should have a strong interest in global developments, particularly in trade policy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.

We are looking for a Junior Associate with a passion for business law. Is this you?

Are you curious, driven, and committed— ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are seeking candidates who have recently graduated with a law degree or plan to graduate in January 2026, and who have a particular interest in International Commercial & Trade.

With us, you will work in an international environment with a high pace and exciting challenges. We value individuals who are solution-oriented, understand the bigger business picture, and thrive on taking initiative and responsibility.

We believe that you,

  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and international organization
  • Can manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
  • Are meticulous, structured, and possess strong analytical skills
  • Are social, collaborative, and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have a genuine interest in global and international affairs
  • Appreciate working broadly and handling diverse tasks

Previous experience in international or cross-border work is an advantage.
