職務内容と応募要件

We are seeking a talented mid-level associate (1–4 years’ PQE) to join our Corporate / M&A practice in Budapest. The role focuses on supporting complex, high-value cross-border transactions and strengthening the team’s mid-level execution capacity in light of increasing deal flow and evolving team structure.


The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international M&A matters.


Key Responsibilities


  • Advise clients on a broad range of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructuring projects
  • Manage and execute due diligence processes, including reviewing and analysing complex documentation
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documentation (e.g. SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, NDAs)
  • Support senior lawyers in deal structuring, client negotiations, and closing processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors across jurisdictions on cross-border matters
  • Contribute to client relationship management and ensure high standards of service delivery
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and law clerks, contributing to efficient team leverage


Key Requirements


  • Qualified lawyer in Hungary
  • Strong experience in transactional work 
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English
